Welcome to the Fukuoka Prefecture Soy Sauce Brewing Association website.

Our association was established in the naturally blessed Chikushino area as a cooperative production factory for freshly-fried condiments. Since then, we have expanded our production capacity, and currently have facilities with an annual production capacity of 15,000 kl of freshly-fried condiments. In 1991, in order to keep up with the changing times, we also completed a factory for manufacturing processed condiments such as soups and sauces, which enabled us to cooperatively produce various liquid condiments.

Furthermore, in 2000, the factory obtained ISO9002 certification (as of March 2020, it is ISO9001:2015), further enhancing quality management. As a core soy sauce factory in Fukuoka Prefecture, under quality control based on ISO+HACCP, our association will continue to strive to improve quality.
