Since then, we have expanded our production capacity, and currently have facilities with an annual production capacity of 15,000 kl of freshly-fried condiments. In 1991, in order to keep up with the changing times, we also completed a factory for manufacturing processed condiments such as soups and sauces, which enabled us to cooperatively produce various liquid condiments.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, in 2000, the factory obtained ISO9002 certification (as of March 2020, it is ISO9001:2015), further enhancing quality management. As a core soy sauce factory in Fukuoka Prefecture, under quality control based on ISO+HACCP, our association will continue to strive to improve quality.
